Frequently asked questions
How many cameras do you need to film a conference?
For talks, two cameras (wide shot and close-up) plus capturing the presentation is usually enough. For galas and events with an audience we recommend three or more cameras and a gimbal operator for B-roll.
When will I receive the video?
Social media clips on the same or next day, highlights in 48-72 hours and full talks in 5-7 working days. We can shorten turnaround times if the event requires it.
Do you record the audio from the room microphones?
Yes. We take a direct feed from the event's sound desk and record backup audio on camera and recorders, so the talks sound clean.
