Streaming for conferences and hybrid events

In person + online at the same quality: venue, broadcast, remote speakers and platform.

Hybrid events require the in-person and online audiences to experience the event at the same quality. We integrate both layers: in-room production (screens, remote speakers, videos) and broadcast production (streaming on a public or private platform), with a single technical crew.

What's included

  • Multi-camera production with PTZ and operated cameras, slide insertion and speaker name captions.
  • Remote speakers via Zoom, Teams or vMix Call integrated into the production, with audio and video return.
  • Broadcast on YouTube, Vimeo, LinkedIn, Twitch or a private platform with restricted access and moderated chat.
  • Redundancy: dual encoder, dual connection (fibre + 4G/5G or Starlink) and local recording.
  • Simultaneous interpretation and live subtitling on request.
  • Recording of each talk and clips for social media at the end of each session.

Where we do it

Conference centres, hotels, universities, corporate headquarters and auditoriums in Seville, Cádiz, Málaga, Córdoba and Madrid. We have streamed conferences for COAG from Fundación Cajasol, institutional events in Jerez and company launches all over Andalusia.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can we make the stream private, for guests only?

Yes. We set up platforms with registration, password or a unique link, as well as unlisted streams on YouTube/Vimeo for internal audiences.

What happens if the internet fails at the venue?

We always bring a second independent connection (4G/5G bonding or Starlink) and a dual encoder. If the main line drops, the broadcast continues without interruption.

Do remote speakers need anything special?

Just a computer with a camera, headphones and a good connection. We run a test with each speaker beforehand and give them their own access link.
